BASIL SAUCE

 This sauce perfectly harmonizes with flat-shaped pasta like trenettes, linguine ore linguine di passero. 

It also seasons spaghettis, farfalle, lasagne or gnocchi. 

To obtain an excellent sauce, you must add double cream or a little bit of butter or a drop of extra-virgin olive oil.
